When I lost my phone and “upgraded” the 1st time, it took them 6 weeks to get my phone to me. I’ve had SEVERAL various issues with this company since the beginning and I don’t ever think I’ve seen worse customer service! I’ve also called during the day on several occaisions where I got a message that they weren’t taking calls at this time leaving me high and dry. more dollars! Recently they sent me an “upgraded” phone, and from the first day it was defective. If they work the same way you are just outta luck. I had Terracom, (which I also discovered is a sister company of yourtel for your information). I wish someone would have posted something like this as a warning as to the turmoil I would be heading for if I chose them.
I would just like to give a heads up on a couple out of several experiences I’ve had with a company I was with for almost 2 years (waaay to long).
